If you are having trouble with our player or if your device doesn't seem to support our player (Android, for example, doesn't support Flash) be aware that we have two players that you can choose from: HTML5 player and Flash player.
If you are in the habit of launching our videos from the product page, the Flash player launches as the default. But if you are on an Android device or you don't have Adobe Flash installed, this will not work.
To choose the other player, click the play icon (yellow triangle, upper right of the page) and choose the HTML5 player.
This is also good to know if you are getting HTML5 errors and you don't want to switch browsers in an attempt to correct the issue. Simply choose the Flash player instead. Just be sure you have the latest version of Flash installed for the best experience on that player.
