I paid for an All Access Pass but the videos are still grayed out except for one or two...

If you have paid for an all access pass and you find that after launching one of the players the videos are mostly grayed out except for one or two then you are probably not logged in. You are seeing the demo videos that everyone has access to.

You can easily check to see if you are logged in by clicking the account icon (the little man icon, upper right in yellow). If you are logged in it will show you account options that you can scroll through. If you are not logged in, it will take you to the log in page.

This is also true if you purchased a download and want to view the videos online. Make sure you are logged in and you will have access to them.

And there you go.  Anytime you are sure your subscription is paid up but you don't have access to the videos, double check to see if you are logged in.
