One thing to keep in mind if you can't seem to log into your Groove3 app for iPhone or iPad is that the username is case sensitive.
If you chose Groove3TonY as your username then typing in groove3tony into your app will not log you in.
In some rare cases you may get a bad or incomplete download of the app. It happens with all apps from time to time. If all else fails, you can delete the app and download it again from the app store.
And there you go. Be mindful of case sensitivity and you should have no trouble logging in!
