When you uncompress the zip file that is downloaded from our site, it places several folders and the gPlayer icon next to the original zip. Now you can double click the gPlayer icon and the player will launch and load the videos from the data folder.
But if you want to move the extracted files to a different location on your computer and the gPlayer finds itself in a different location than the data folder, it won't be able to grab the videos to populate the player. This is usually what is happening when someone finds the gPlayer not loading videos.
The solution is simple. Keep all the parts of the extracted download together when you move them and the player will always be able to find and play the videos.
There you go! Videos not playing? Try putting all the components of the download back in the same place and you should be good to go.
