We do not offer one on one personal training.

We put all of our efforts into the training videos.  If you can't find a video that helps you solve your specific problem, feel free to drop us an email and maybe we can find the right video for you.  If not, you can take advantage of all the other options the internet can provide like message boards.  Find a message board for your product and post a question.  Usually someone will answer that day.  You may even get multiple answers that you can use to sort through your problem.

If your problem is with setup or actually getting the hardware or software to work you can usually contact the retailer who sold it to you and they can help.  Sweetwater, for example, has an entire Tech support department dedicated to get people up and running on their products.

If you need more personalized help or someone to walk you through your problem or setup, you might consider paying an engineer to tutor you on your setup or product.  It's the most expensive option for sure, but when training videos, message boards, and tech support doesn't help...a personalized tutor might be what you are looking for.

For everyone else, you can usually find an answer to a question or a solution to a problem by patiently combing over the videos that pertain to your product.
