How do I update my credit card information?

Our merchant account site that handles the credit card information and billing has a high security setting so as a result, users are not able to have access to their credit card information for the monthly all access pass (for all other purchases we do not save your credit card information).

So if you need to update your card so you don't have your membership cancelled, simply contact customer support and we can update the information for you.  If it's just a new expiration date, feel free to email the new date along with your username.  If you need to change the card number as well, forward your phone number and a good time to call or call us at 1-800-460-7509 during normal business hours and we can update that information for you.

If you don't update your card in time and your monthly subscription gets cancelled it's fine.  You can simply sign up for another subscription with the new card and you will be good to go!
