Once you purchase a download from us, a download link will be placed in your account. After logging in, click the account icon (little man icon, upper right in yellow) and scroll down to My Products. There you will see your purchase and a few clicks later you will see the download link.
Click the link and save the zip file to your computer. I always like to choose to save it to my desktop so I know where to find it but anywhere on your computer that has enough space for a 1gig zip file (give or take) should do. The file is large (one of the reasons why it's zipped/compressed) so it will take up to 45 minutes or so. Then you will have your download in the form of a zip file.
If you are not used to zip files there may be one extra step you need to take to get access to your download once it is on your computer.
Mac's come with an Archive Utility that will uncompress the zip file by clicking on it but on a PC you have to have an unzip program. They are free and only take a moment to download to your computer.
The most popular ones are WinRar, 7zip, and Stuffit. I personally use 7zip and have never had any trouble with it but any free unzip/uncompress program will work.
And that's it! Once unzipped, all the folders that come with your download will be placed where you tell it to (usually next to the zip file) and you can then click the gPlayer icon and start your training.
